Made it for the last day of the free tea and cheese tasting session

I just loved the Crottin de chavignol and Oolong tea pairing

It was also interesting to try farm Roblochon cheese with Chinese white tea. They marched great together in spite of the contrast( the cheese is too strong and the tea quite light).

My beloved Comte was excellent with kamairicha (a Japanese green tea)

The cheesecake texture like cranberry Brillat Savarin’s creaminess was balanced with the tannins of the selected Indian tea( with lots of floral notes, which matched great with the fruitiness of the cheese)


It was an instructive afternoon🤗Life is beautiful 😎😎
